Resale Rights is a license that is included with digital products such as ebooks, videos, and software.  A Resell Rights license allows the owner to resale the product as outlined in the license. 

Other licensings terms you may hear of are :

- User Only Licenses; This product is for your own personal use only.   Reselling it, or giving it away for free is a copyright violation.

-Master Resale Rights to a product means you can resell it keep 100% of the profits.

-Private Label Rights gives you total control over the product.  You can do whatever you want with it, including putting your name on it as the author.

Some restrictions may apply so always read your license for each product, and comply with the restrictions that are set in place.  Common resale rights agreements may require that you sell the product for a minimum price, and restrict you from selling it on ebay.
